First Impressions

As we arrived at the escape room, we saw a blue shipping container with the words, "Mama Ken Ken Shipping Co. Ltd". The GMs were friendly and very humorous. They did a really good job making us laugh before the escape room. There weren't many reviews about this escape room when we booked it. All I knew is that people on Facebook were talking about it. I don't want to spoil anything, however, I liked how this escape room started. lol.

Puzzles

The puzzle flow began as multi-linear and slow morphed into linear. There wasn't a lot of locks in the escape room, rather actions and puzzles were needed to be done. Some of the puzzles were tricky and there were tons of red-herrings (you'll see what I mean when you do it). There was one puzzle that didn't provide straight-forward instructions but thinking back on it, it was obvious what we needed to do. There was humor built into the escape as well which made our group chuckle.

Immersion

Super well-built. Super creative. Super unique. I haven't seen an escape room like this before. Loved the decor and use of limited space in the shipping container.

Value

This escape room is definitely worth it even if it's on the expensive side ($36/person). The difficulty, escape experience and the GMs makes this escape room worth every single penny.

Should you play it?

Uh...YES! This escape room is very underrated. Not a lot of people talk about this one, but people should. This room is one of my favorites and I can't wait for them to make more.
