The family I went with consisted of two little boys who were very energetic and excited for their first escape room experience. Kerri was our GM and she was perfect for our group especially for the kids. Her energy and personality captivated them.

We were told that the difference between the adult and kid version of this room was that they gave more hints to the kids. The adult version was said have more difficult puzzles. I'm not sure if there are limitations on how many hints could be asked in the adult version.

The escape room was designed very well and differently. The puzzles were creative, clever and fun. The kids had a cute side quest of collecting coins that were spread out throughout the rooms! After collecting 7 coins, they get a prize from a chest. They got bouncy balls. :D I appreciated that side quest as it got the kids more engaged. There were some puzzles that were challenging for the kids to do but the adults just solved it and let the kids unlock the locks and open the chests. There was one room that was dark and creepy which the kids got a little frightened of.

I greatly recommend this room for families with kids. I wish there were other escape rooms that tailored to families with young kids. I cannot wait to do the adult version of this room!
